gama.win is the pre-launch website for GAMA, a token launchpad being built on the GIWA chain. The site is informational only. No product, token sale, or service is currently offered through it. The only thing the site collects is waitlist signups; how we handle them is described in our Privacy Notice.

2. No offer or advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation regarding any token, digital asset, or investment. Content is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Forward-looking statements

Descriptions of planned features, timelines, or launches reflect current intentions and may change or never materialize. We make no commitment to deliver any feature by any date.

4. Security and impersonation

GAMA will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Official announcements are made only through gama.win and x.com/GamaDotWin. Treat any other source, airdrop, or contract address claiming to be GAMA as unverified.

GAMA has not launched a token. Any token, airdrop, or contract address claiming to be GAMA before an announcement on our official channels is fake. We will never DM you first.

5. Eligibility

This site is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where accessing it or taking part in token-related activity is restricted, or at anyone subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

6. Intellectual property

The GAMA name, kiln seal, typeface, artwork, and site content are owned by GAMA and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAMA and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
